Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. We must get your appointment completed before the end of the week to stay on track with the program or plan that you signed up for. The 24-hour notice gives us a chance to fill that slot. If you do not alert us 24 hours before your appointment, you will not be able to receive a refund for the appointment. This will also slow down your progress in achieving your goals.
